I have been having medical problems for a few yrs.?

my legs and hands go numb and tingle my thighs get soar and painfull, all the joints in my body hurt mostly my elboe knee and hip have been bothering me. Going to the bathroom is horrid i one cant go or two really go go. I get tummy pains alot and headaches and blured vision every once in awhile which could be i think bc of low iron. Anyhow my cousin has fibromyalgia for seven yrs. Now and i told her my symptoms and she said it was exactly what she has been going through and that it is heriditary(sry very bad speller lol) so my ? Is is anyone ealse going through this? And could it be that i have fm? Any comment could be helpful im very sick of living in this pain thank you
