I feel sick and nothin i take makes me feel better help please?

No heres how i feel my whole body hurts when i move or even if im sitting even my scalp and breasts hurts. I am light headed and i am dizzy. I get cold in 77 degrees weather then i get hot so i take off my blanket and sweaters then i get cold and i stay cold. I also lose breath when i walk up the stairs or do any thing. The last thing is my throat is so soar so what dose this sound like to anyone and what can i take to make me feel better cause this is ruining my summer thanks i would really appreciate it.
